The program draws inspiration from the Maryland Agri Tour and Art Festival, organized by the Circle of Angels Initiative Inc., USA—a model that successfully merges agriculture, arts, and community engagement. Leveraging this experience, the David Douglas Leadership Forum and its partners have adapted the concept for the African context, highlighting the continent’s agricultural innovation, tourism potential, cultural heritage, and leadership excellence.
